We work directly with our business partners as well as through brokers, agents and third party administrators. Our expertise in direct marketing has made AEGON Direct Marketing Services, Inc. a valued partner of many of the leading financial institutions, associations, retailers, and employer groups in the United States. We have also developed strong business relationships with credit unions and auto dealers to market our products. Additionally, we have applied our direct marketing expertise to markets abroad. We currently have operations in London, England; Madrid, Spain; Seoul, S. Korea; Tokyo, Japan; and Sydney, Australia. We have developed strategic relationships with major business partners in these areas and use their endorsement to market our products via telemarketing and direct mail.
